Payments and Searching Online

If you'd like to pay online or search Wabaunsee County District Court records you can access them through www.paykscourts.com. If you'd like to send in payments or have questions about a payment please contact Centralized Court Payment Center PO Box 750200 Topeka, Kansas 66675-0200 785-368-7070 cpc@kscourts.org. 

We are issuing marriage licenses through https://www.kscourts.org/Public/Apply-for-Marriage-License . Please check the link for any messages that pertain to issuing marriage licenses.

There is a drop box located on the south side of the courthouse in the parking lot. Traffic or criminal payments, paperwork, or any correspondence for the court can be placed in the box for your convenience.

Jury Duty

A Jury Trial is scheduled for April 8 – 9, 2024.
