Noel Sylvester joined the staff of Wabaunsee County as the Zoning Administrator.
Noel was raised in our County and currently resides in the northern end near the town of Wabaunsee. Noel has experience in agriculture claims and compliance management. He and his wife Barbara have been married for 33 years and have 3 children, one grandchild and two additions on the way.
