                        Meet as Local Board of Health with Ray Finley

  • Appoint/Reappoint County Health Officer (currently Diana Katt M.D.)
  • Appoint/Reappoint Pharmacist-in-charge (currently Royce TenEyck)

9:40                 Meet as Sewer District No. 1 Operating board of Directors

  • Continue annual special sewer assessment (Currently assess $240 per year per 24 houses for $5,760).  Assessments for upkeep/maintenance on the lagoon system

9:45     Reorganization 

  • Elect Chairman 
  • Elect Vice-Chairman 
  • Depository Bank for Active Accounts – Stockgrowers State Bank
  • Official Paper – Wabaunsee County Signal Enterprise

  • Meal Reimbursement – $40 per day meals reimbursement with receipts for overnight stay only.  Meals are not allowed to be charged on county credit cards. -   OR   -   Per Diem - $50 per day for an IRS pre-determined qualifying event (example: over-night stay).  Meals are not allowed to be charged on county credit cards.
  • Mileage Reimbursement – reimburse at $0.585 per mile (IRS rate for 2022)
  • Covid Leave – extend current policy to allow for 80 hours per year.
