Concrete Project accepting Bids - Due May 23rd at 9:15am

Sealed Bids Due at the County Clerks Office and shall be opened May 23, 2022 at 915am.

Scope of Concrete Project: Full replacement of concrete steps and landing at the front of the courthouse (East entrance), including guardrails. This would include the flat area in front of the doors, the uppermost set of 10 steps, the lower set of 3 steps, the lowest set of 2 steps and the area between them. Provide a price with an internal heating system on upper 10 steps and upper landing, if possible, and price without. Replace the step structure leading to the street on the East side and fix the divot nearby where city sidewalk crosses courthouse walkway. Smooth out beginning of ramp on South side. This scope would not include masonry work on either side of the steps next to the entrance. To the extent possible, steps should be built such when winter weather melts, it drains off the steps or at least away from the centers.
