Accounts Payable & Payroll

Accounts Payable

The County Clerk's Office pays county bills every other week.  Vouchers are prepared by each County Department and submitted to the Clerk's office for processing, approval and payment.  The County Commissioners and County Attorney must review and sign a report listing each voucher before the checks can be issued and mailed to vendors.  Each month, budget information is provided to each County Department.

Payroll
