Real Estate Tax Roll

Changes to the Tax Roll are cut off September 1 of each year so tax statements may be generated for each parcel of property. Any changes after that date will be adjusted after tax statements are issued.

Budgets Filed in the Clerk’s Office 

The County Clerk's Office checks all budgets for legal limits and sets levies for:

• Wabaunsee County
• Cities: Alma, Alta Vista, Eskridge, Harveyville, Maple Hill, McFarland, Paxico
• Townships: Alma, Farmer, Garfield, Kaw, Maple Hill, Mill Creek, Mission Creek, Newbury, Plumb, Rock Creek, Wabaunsee, Washington, Wilmington
• Improvement Districts: Flint View, Lake Wabaunsee
• Cemeteries: No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8
• Fire Districts: No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7, and No. 8
• Watersheds: Mill Creek
• Ambulance: No. 2
